Jimmy McMillan facing eviction, The founder of the Rent Is Too Damn High party could soon lose his apartment . McMillan's landlord took him to court this week and is demanding to see documents that prove he's still living there. McMillan admitted to temporarily leaving the apartment, but plans to move back next month.
