A New Jersey church used reverse collection baskets to give away thousands of dollars to its parishioners.Members were given unmarked envelopes containing $10, $20 or $50 bills meant to teach that the church can help the ailing economy, according to Pastor Tim Lucas.He said the goal is for people to use the money to help others, including those affected by flooding caused by Hurricane Irene.
