Porn publisher Larry Flynt is reportedly offering $1 million to anyone who can prove that Texas Gov. Rick Perry has engaged in an illicit sexual encounter. The Hustler founder has offered cash for gossip before – and it's helped bring down other politicians, including former Rep. Bob Livingston and Sen. David Vitter, both Republicans.
