Transgender boy joins Girl Scouts, Seven-year-old Bobby Montoya is now the newest member of his local Girl Scout troop . Bobby, who identifies as a girl , was turned away at first . The organization soon changed its mind, saying that it's an inclusive group and he is welcome to join.
